Richelle joined the Little Red team in October 2023 as inaugural Chief Financial Officer. A business wiz with street smarts, Richelle is a Certified Practising Accountant with more than 25 years of experience spanning small business through to ASX-listed companies and local governments, both in Australia and the UK.

Richelle is no stranger to the Little Red family, having been on Little Red’s committee since it’s inception. With a knack for finding efficiencies, a shrewd eye for monitoring and assessing performance, Richelle has a flair for operational reviews and an undeniable talent for creating and overseeing winning financial strategies.
