Geoff McGahan is an audio engineer and producer with extensive and diverse experience across a number of audio-related fields. After completing a Bachelor of Music from The Queensland Conservatorium (Griffith University), he has worked both nationally and internationally with renowned musicians, orchestras and bands, as well as with other audio projects to high acclaim.  

Geoff is highly sought-after for multi-faceted studio recording, film and television sound design, and live sound design and concert productions. Geoff’s ongoing collaborations include Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Opera Queensland, The Little Red Company, Camerata – Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra, Queensland Music Festival, Bravo – The Cruise for the Performing Arts, The Metropolitan Orchestra, Brisbane Festival and The Queensland Pops Orchestra.  

Geoff has been involved with countless music productions for ABC, ABC Classics, Warner Music, Universal Music and Deutsche Grammophon. Awards for these projects have included ARIA Awards and nominations, Daytime Emmy Awards and nominations, along with a number of Gold Album projects.
