One of Australia’s leading men, Bert LaBonté is currently performing the role of Lautrec in Moulin Rouge The Musical! Bert’s theatre credits with Melbourne Theatre Company include The Truth, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Lungs, Rupert, Birdland, The Mountaintop and others. For Sydney Theatre Company, he has performed in productions including Fences, A Raisin in the Sun, All My Sons. His Malthouse Theatre credits are Cloudstreet, I am A Miracle, Time Share.  

Bert’s musical theatre credits include The Book of Mormon (Watchtower Productions),  An Officer and a Gentleman (Gordon Frost Organisation) for which he was a Helpmann Award Winner and various shows with The Production Company.
