1. Payments are made online.

2. I understand withdrawal from Little Red Collective, for any other reason than certified medical grounds, will result in the forfeit of fees paid.

3. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to read all marketing materials to ensure Little Red Collective meets the needs of the participant/s.

4. Enrolments cancelled on medical grounds are subject to the provision of a medical certificate. Fees will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation administration fee.

5. Participants will follow all directions provided by the Little Red Company and Judith Wright Arts Centre staff.

6. The Little Red Company reserves the right to alter content of the Little Red Collective program including specialist staffing allocations at any time.

7. The Little Red Company reserves the right to exclude from the program any participant/s who, in it’s opinion, places in jeopardy the safety or rights of others, or who appears to have rejected the reasonable controls placed upon them by the management and staff. In this circumstance, participants excluded from the program will not receive a refund. The natural principles of justice will be afforded at all times.

8. Prices listed are inclusive of GST.

9. The Little Red Company collects, stores and uses personal information only for the purposes of administering Little Red Collective. The information collected is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, expect to meet government, legal or other regulatory authority requirements.
