Founded in 2012 by Naomi Price and Adam Brunes, The Little Red Company has established itself as one of Australia’s most vital independent production houses, pioneering a unique brand of music-driven theatrical experiences which attract new audiences to the theatre.   

Little Red’s critically-acclaimed catalogue of original works includes Rumour Has It  (2012), Wrecking Ball  (2014), Lady Beatle  (2017), From Johnny to Jack  (2018), Christmas Actually  (2018), The IsoLate Late Show  (2020), There’s Something About Music  (2021), Your Song  (2021), Skyfall  (2021), Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves  (2022), Golden  (2022), Lovely Day  (2023), Fancy Long Legs (2024) and Taylor Made (2025) which have toured nationally and internationally to critical and audience acclaim. Over 4 million people have enjoyed a Little Red production since the company’s inception.    

From 2021 to 2024, Little Red produced the Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols which was broadcast nationally on Nine Network to more than one million viewers every year. Little Red has co-produced many original works including I Should Have Drunk More Champagne (with The Good Room), Let’s Be Friends Furever (with Brisbane Festival and The Good Room), Swing on This (with Good Egg Creative) and Rachel Burke’s Fancy Long Legs (with Brisbane Festival and La Boite Theatre).

Little Red was a finalist at the Lord Mayor’s Business Awards in both 2020 and 2021, and both Rumour Has It  and Your Song  have won the Matilda Award for Best Musical or Cabaret.
