LITTLE RED CHOIR

Please read through the terms and conditions for the Little Red Choir outlined below.

  1. Payments are made online.

  2. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to read all marketing materials to ensure the choir meets their needs.

  3. Positions cancelled on medical grounds are subject to the provision of a medical certificate. Fees will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation administration fee once approved by The Little Red Company.

  4. Participants will follow all directions provided by the Little Red Company and Judith Wright Arts Centre staff.

  5. The Little Red Company reserves the right to alter content of the Little Red Choir including specialist staffing allocations at any time.

  6. The Little Red Company reserves the right to exclude from the program any participant/s who, in it’s opinion, places in jeopardy the safety or rights of others, breaches the code of conduct, or who appears to have rejected the reasonable controls placed upon them by the management and staff. In this circumstance, participants excluded from the program will not receive a refund. The natural principles of justice will be afforded at all times.

  7. Prices listed are inclusive of GST.

  8. A refund will not be provided for change of mind. We do not offer trial sessions for new members.

  9. The Little Red Company collects, stores and uses personal information only for the purposes of administering the Little Red Choir. The information collected is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, expect to meet government, legal or other regulatory authority requirements.
