AUDITION CALLOUT: Little Red seeks Nativity Lobsters for Christmas Actually 🦞 (Copy)
The Little Red Company are looking for two performers to join the cast of our festive hit Christmas Actually in the iconic role of Tenor 2 (affectionately known as the Nativity Lobster). 
We invite applications from male-identifying performers aged 20-35 with pop tenor voices of all cultural backgrounds and access requirements. 
Successful applicants will be excellent singers and performers no taller than 178 cm with a ‘primary school’ playing age (a pivotal plot point in an otherwise completely unscripted show!). We are looking for youthful, comical performers with a passion for backing vocals who aren’t afraid to parade around in a papier-maché lobster head during our confetti-filled finale!
We are casting one Queensland-based lobster and one Victoria-based lobster for this year’s festivities.   
Rehearsal dates:           Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 November 2024
Queensland dates:       Thursday 28 November to Sunday 22 December 2024
Victoria dates:               Thursday 12 December to Sunday 22 December 2024

THINGS TO NOTE
The demo track has a 2 Bar intro rather than the 4 bars notated on the score. 
Our version is roughly based on the Otis Redding version of White Christmas but the showmanship, cheekiness and interplay with the audience and band are much more heightened in ours.
