Returning to Australia for a series of up-close-and-personal gigs, Shoshana will showcase her signature raise-the-roof vocals as she relives magic musical moments from an astonishing 20-year career.

In anticipation of her arrival, we counted down five iconic Shoshana moments…

#5: She Used To Be Mine from Waitress

2019 saw Shoshana return to Broadway after a 13-year hiatus as the leading lady in Sara Bareilles’ Waitress. Her rendition of the musical’s iconic ballad She Used To Be Mine attracted unanimous praise from audiences and critics alike.

#4: This Is Me from The Greatest Showman

Before Keala Settle, Shoshana leant her extraordinary voice to the original demo of the Golden Globe-winning empowerment anthem This is Me from The Greatest Showman. She released the acoustic cover in 2018, along with this powerful music video featuring Emmy-winning dancer-choreographer Travis Wall.

#3: Make It Rain from Spectrum

Shoshana’s fourth independent solo album, SPECTRUM, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Jazz charts in 2018. A string of sold out solo concerts around the globe followed, including the live concert debut at The Theatre at Ace Hotel, Los Angeles.

#2: For Good from Wicked

Shoshana cemented her position as one of Broadway’s leading ladies as Idina Menzel’s replacement for Elphaba in Stephen Schwartz’s Wicked. For TrevorLIVE LA 2017, Shoshana reunited with fellow Wicked alumni Kristin Chenoweth for this magical rendition of the musical’s moving finale, For Good.

#1: I Did Something Bad (Cover)

The internet went wild for this unexpected cover of Taylor Swift’s hit song which saw Shoshana team up with fellow Broadway veteran and Oscar nominee Cynthia Erivo. The biggest fan of all was perhaps Tay Tay herself, who Tweeted the YouTube link with a simple caption: “Absolutely stunning.”
